DRV8312EVM BLDC Sensored Trapezoidal making motor noise

Hi

With DRV8312EVM I'm running the DRV812GUIv5.exe with Piccolo firmware in sync with this version (I avoid InstaSPIN because I need to run it on F28335 later). Using your 24V Motor that is supplied with the kit

I start with LDC SensorlessTrapezoidal, which run fine up to 3000 rpm.

I then switch to LDC SensoredTrapezoidal and found it run but funny noise from then motor and then tripped due to overcurrent. It is spinning but rather jagged. 

I check all wires connection and setting as per PDF file within  C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\DRV8312-C2-KIT_v128\~GUI. 

Please advise how to check for possibility of defective parts. Can you send 2nd DRV8312EVM unit to check?

The kit DRV8312EVM  was bought from Mouser.
